Perfect experience of Kili treckking and Serengeti safari I cannot speak highly enough of Exceed Expectation company. We booked a 6-day trekking service to Mount Kilimanjaro and a 5-day safari to the Serengeti grasslands, both of which exceeded our expectations. The owner, Oscar, is a local Tanzanian who is extremely trustworthy. He was always prompt, patient, and attentive in his email responses, and his organizational skills were top-notch. The climbing team was professional, with experienced and enthusiastic guides who helped our family successfully reach the summit, including our 11-year-old child. The hot meals provided during the climb were a welcome relief and helped alleviate the hardships of climbing and altitude sickness. The safari driver was courteous and professional, showing us all the animals we wanted to see and providing us with valuable knowledge about the wildlife. We were able to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Serengeti grasslands. I would give Exceed Expectation company a five-star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable and well-organized travel experience.

Dream Team ! Fabulous experience with exceed expectations! I traveled solo to Tanzania for the purpose of hiking Kilimanjaro. Exceed expectations provided me with a great team of professionals. From day 1 communication with the head of the team ( Oscar) was great, Elly, picked me up from the airport to my hotel and explained everything in details about my upcoming trip. My guide Nemes was present the next morning and was extremely thorough with checking my gears and what I needed for the hike! Nemes along with the rest of my dream team ( Amir, Ombeni, Zilla, Shukuri) made my five day journey extremely comfortable and enjoyable! “Excellent 9 Days Kilimanjaro Hiking Experience" Exceed Expectations Tours made climbing Kilimanjaro the adventure of a lifetime. With over 750 peaks under his belt and almost 5 years of experience, our guide Kilamia was outstanding. He was kind and informed and is therefore strongly advisable. Do a favor to yourself. The company itself was honest, reliable, and cautious. They appear to be a strong force for good in the community and treat their employees properly. The food on the mountain was better than expected, and the tents and gear are also in good condition. Spending more time on the mountain can help you acclimate. I would also suggest bringing more waterproof gear than you think you'll need, acquiring a local SIM card (most camps have good reception), and bringing a variety of snacks. A worthy effort is rewarded with the summit of Uhuru. Try it out!

“Superb Tanzanian Safari at Last Minute” Oscar and Exceed Expectations Tours took wonderful care of us on short notice, providing us with an incredibly affordable quote for a trip within two weeks in just two days. Everything was prepared and supervised by Oscar staff from the time we arrived at JRO until the time we left eight days later. After a long journey, the first night at Researcher's Rest in Arusha served us the ideal reset and help us prepare for the adventure that lay ahead. The following day, Joshua, our guide, got us up on time and made for an excellent companion for our trip of Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. He was really helpful, accommodating, gracious, resourceful, and knowledgeable. The fact that he was able to identify great viewing spots for lions, elephants, leopards, rhinoceroses, hippos, buffaloes, hyenas, warthogs, and a variety of other animals is highly commendable. This was no easy task because the tracks through the parks were covered in tall, dense grass, a lot of muck, and standing water during the height of the rainy season. Every day, Joshua worked hard to provide us a fresh adventure, and he consistently succeeded. Everywhere we stayed, it was nice and relaxing, but the Lemala Ewanjan and Serena camps were our favorites because they were empty when we arrived, so they could give us their full attention and kindness. At the Lemala Mpingo Ridge camp, where the food, views, and comfort were top notch, we spent our last night. The only thing we regret is not staying longer. We are already considering the next time we can go on a safari, and we would cheerfully ask Oscar and his colleagues to set it up for us. We have already referred friends who were inspired by our vacation and give Exceed Expectations Tours our highest recommendation.

“6 Days Kilimanjaro Trek via Machame + 4 Days Safari” Oscar, the owner, was really simple to deal with and responsive. He met us at the hotel with our guide before the climb to ensure we were ready and to address any concerns we had. Both our hiking and safari guides were wonderful and gave excellent service. Cheers to John and Nicholas! For the entire six days, we were wonderfully taken care of. We chose the mid-range option for our 4 days Safari. So the rooms were moderate, but that was to be expected. The only recommendation I have is to hire a toilet porter - the restrooms in the campers were filthy, and I saw the other groups struggling over this. Overall, we had a fantastic trip, and we appreciate Exceed Expectations Tours excellent services.

“Best trekking experience” We climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 8 days using the Lemosho route, and the trip was flawlessly organized.
