This is the best safari in Tanzania tour will take you to the Ngorongoro Crater, which is home to one of Africa’s most diverse wildlife populations. A stunning glimpse of African wildlife awaits you inside a self-contained environment teeming with species.
Your voyage will also include a visit to Tarangire National Park/Lake Manyara National Park, which comprises of a small but enormous soda lake at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment and is one of Tanzania’s most spectacular wildlife destinations.
The designated national parks, Tarangire National Park/Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater, are perfect for our shorter safaris or photographic safaris due to their size.
2-Day Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara Safari
Day by Day Itinerary
You will be met at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha town, where you will be briefed about your upcoming safari by your guide. Your safari guide will provide you with all of the necessary information regarding your safari.

DAY 1: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK – KARATU
At 07:00 hours, you will be picked up from your Moshi/Arusha hotel and transferred to Tarangire National Park to begin your game viewing experience in this magnificent park, which is known for its large collection of baobab trees, spectacular large mammal population, and variety of bird species, not to mention one of the country’s largest concentrations of elephants.
You will be transferred to your lodge where you will spend the night after your tour of the park.

DAY 2: KARATU – NGORONGORO CRATER – MOSHI/ARUSHA/AIRPORT
You’ll leave the camp at 06:00 am. for your final wildlife drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is not just the world’s largest continuous caldera, but it is also one of Africa’s new seven natural wonders.
After your morning game drive, you’ll stop at the Hippo Pool Picnic spot to have your packed lunch. After lunch, you’ll be transferred back to Moshi/Airport in the afternoon via curio shops, where you can buy mementos to take home.
After a night’s rest in the hotel, you’ll be transferred to the airport.
Check-out time for hotels is 11:00 am. If you need to check out late due to an evening flight, you can pay an additional cost to prolong your hotel stay until 6:00 pm.
